SARANAC LAKE — Services have been scheduled for Leonard D. LeClair Jr., 62, of 95 Lake St., who died Thursday, April 23, at the [[General%20Hospital|General Hospital]] of Saranac Lake.

Calling hours will take place from 10 a.m. to noon, 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the [[Fortune%20Funeral%20Home|Fortune Funeral Home]].

Funeral services will be said at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.

LeClair was born April 18, 1925, in Lake Clear, the son of Leonard D. Sr. and Lydia (Mitchell) LeClair.

A lifelong area resident, he served in the Navy and was a veteran of World War II. He was the owner/operator of Len's Bear Service for 30 years, and was a member of the [[Saranac%20Lake%20Fish%20and%20Game%20Club|Saranac Lake Fish and Game Club]].

Survivors include three sons, David and Paul, both of Saranac Lake, and Dean of Pompano Beach, Fla; a sister, Velma LeClair of Schenectady; and five grandchildren.
