<span>LE ROY — Lloyd A. Stott, 70, <span>of Le Roy and formerly of Saranac <span>Lake, died Friday, July 30, 1993 at <span>his home after a massive heart attack.

<span>Born April 8,1923 in Canada, he <span>was<span> <span>the<span> <span>son<span> <span>of<span> <span>Lawrence<span> <span>and <span>Caroline (Thompson) Stott.

<span>He was a reared machinist from <span>Rochester<span> <span>Products,<span> <span>and<span> <span>was<span> <span>a <span>base officer<span> <span>at Le Roy Volunteer <span>Ambulance. A World War II and <span>Korean Air Force veteran, he was <span>a<span> <span>member of<span style=""> <span>the Batavia<span style=""> <span>Senior <span>Citizens and the Stafford<span style=""> <span>Historical Society.

<span>A<span> <span>researcher<span> <span>interested<span> <span>in <span>nostalgia, he was known in Le Roy <span>as Wiz the Clown, entertaining at <span>senior<span> <span>citizens'<span style=""> <span>centers,<span> <span>nursing <span>homes and children's wards.

<span>Survivors<span> <span>include<span> <span>his<span> <span>wife, <span>Dorothy; a daughter, Marcia Stott <span>of<span> <span>Le<span> <span>Roy,<span> <span>two<span> <span>sisters,<span> <span>Mrs. <span>Charles (Joyce)<span> <span>Strong and [[Carol%20S.%20Gladd|Mrs.]]<span><span><span><span>[[Carol%20S.%20Gladd| ]]<span>[[Carol%20S.%20Gladd|Gladd]],<span> <span>both<span> <span>of <span>Saranac Lake; a grandson, Andrew <span>Sulatycky; and several nieces and <span>nephews.

<span>Services were held in Le Roy.  <span>Memorial donations may be made <span>to<span> <span>the<span> <span>Le<span> <span>Roy<span> <span>Volunteer<span> <span>Ambulance Fund.
