CHARLES DWIGHT, an old and reliable Adirondack guide who formerly lived at Clayburgh has bought a piece of land on [[Rollins%20Pond|Rollins Pond]], some five miles by water west of [[Sweeney's%20carry|Sweeney's carry]], on the west shore of [[Upper%20Saranac%20Lake|Upper Saranac Lake]], and proposes to build a summer hotel there, some two or three miles from the Northern Adirondack Railroad extension.
