'''"CLEAN” COMICS AIM ADVANCED'''

The Week of Feb. 21-25 has been designed as ‘C’ Week by the Comics Magazine Association of America, Inc. to establish the solidity of "approved" comics.

'''FAREWELL TO EWALD'''

Ewald Wilcott was given a great send-off last night at the Elks Club. The warmth of the many fine tributes paid him, attests to the high regard in which he is held in the community. We always hate to see old friends depart, but we feel sure that Ewald, like others who have gone to jobs elsewhere, will continue to think of Saranac Lake as "home". We wish him great success in the land of the Brooklyn Dodgers, which we suppose is all of that strange region known as Long Island.
