The service for Reginald Howley, 58, of Moody Rd. . Tupper Lake, who died Saturday night about 11:30 in Mercy General Hospital, will be held Wednesday at 11 a. m. at St. Alphonsus' Church, with burial in [[Gabriels|Gabriels]]. He had made his home in Tupper Lake for the past 17 years.

He was born June 11, 1911 in Brooklyn, the son of John and Helen Mullen Howley. He was a World War II veteran, having served with the Seabees. He was retired from the [[Sunmount|Sunmount]] Veterans Administration Hospital and the Sunmount State School where he worked in the laundry.

Survivors include his wife, the former Veronica Quirk; one daughter, Mrs. Aleata Duplantie; one grandchild; four sisters, Mrs. Susan Lane, Miss Ella Howley, Mrs. Frances Brohel, all of Brooklyn, and Mrs. Grace Garcia, of Hicksviile; and two brothers. John and Stanislaus, both of Brooklyn
