LAKE SARANAC, Aug. 10 (JTA) – 

Mrs. Ruth Marshall Billikopf, only daughter of the late Louis Marshall, died Saturday at her summer home Knollwood. She was 39. <sup>1</sup> 

Mrs. Billikopf was prominent in East Side settlement house work in New York before her marriage 14 years ago. <sup>2</sup> She is survived by her husband, Jacob, prominent Philadelphia social worker and chairman of the Industrial Arbitration Court; two children, Florence, 13, and David, 10, and three brothers, [[James%20Marshall|James]], [[George%20Marshall|George]] and [[Bob%20Marshall|Robert Marshall]].
