The reminder of the property is then divided into seven portions for the seven children. The share that would go to William, if he were living, goes to his two children. Barney is to have the income on his share for life and then it reverts to the estate. The other five shares go to the living children. Objections to the will have already been filed and a contest is in prospect. The case will be called before the surrogate March 7th.

John Tully sold the best meat in town for my money. Excellent pot roast -- $.12 a lb. Grand for lunches when working ten long hours a day and walking 4 or 5 miles. Milking two cows and tending a very large garden.
