Some things worth noting: The Holland House was a hotel in Tupper Lake, not Saranac Lake, Sanschagrin is a not uncommon family name in northern New York, and it appears that Catherine Street was named by Julia Miller for a member of her family.

	My father (surname not given) in the years between 1910 and the mid-20s lived in Saranac Lake and raised his family there. Also he built a 14 room house next to a church (can't remember the name of the church) and a colony of bungalows. He named streets after his 2 daughters, [[Catherine Street\|Catherine]] and [[Leona Street\|Leona]]. I believe the development was known as "Sanschagrin Heights." I saw the blueprints of the development, and picture postcards of the businesses years ago. I wonder what ever happened to them?
