Year built: between 1899 and 1903 (Sanborn maps)

Other information: In the 1960s, a used furniture and contruction materials business was operated from this address. In the 1970s, the state of New York constructed a modern building housing the Departments of Health and Labor at this location. As of 2011, the building houses the NY State Department of Health, Planned Parenthood of the North Country, NY State Workers' Compensation Board, and Judi's Computer Support.
