Grover C. Wilson, Jr. was a son of Grover C. Wilson, Sr., long time road superintendent of Indian Lake. He became a road machinery salesman in Saranac Lake operating from his home at 16 St. Bernard Street and from 75 Main Street.

Grover Wilson
SCHENECTADY - Grover. C. Wilson, 71, of 1805 Bernice St., Rotterdam, died Friday. Oct. 12, at his home after a long illness. He was born in Indian Lake and lived in Saranac Lake for most of his life, moving to Rotterdam about five years ago.
He was a self employed road machinery salesman for 30 years, retiring in 1977.
Mr. Wilson was a communicant of St. Gabriels Church in Rotterdam.
Survivors include his wife. Althea (Madigan) Wilson, two daughters. Mrs Catherine Dunleavy of Rotterdam and U.S. Army Major Mary A Wilson of Edgewood, Md., a son. Grover C. Wilson, Jr., of Milford. Conn., and three grandchildren
There will be no calling hours. The funeral service will be held tomorrow at 10 a m al St Gabriels Church Burial will be in St. Cemetery in Schenectady Memorial contributions made to the Hospice of Schenectady. 514 McClelland Ave., Schenectady. 12304 Funeral arrangements are with the Daly Funeral Home in Schenectady
