Year built: c. 1890

Other information: The house was the home of Reverend R.C. Knox in 1912. There is a large, octagonal glass-enclosed cure porch on the northeast corner, and a veranda on the north facade. The house was listed as a boarding cure cottage by the T.B. Society in the 1915, with Hannah Hess listed as proprietor.
