Henry and Matilde Rock deeded land to St. Paul's Church in Bloomingdale.| |-

Ann Carney Carroll, daughter of James and Catherine Carney, deeded 33/100 of an acre to St. Paul's for southeast end of St. Paul's Cemetery (where it is currently located) .| |-

Sydney W. Barnard deeded most of the property that the current St. Paul's Church and rectory is now on to St Paul's parish.  | |-

Ill-health forced the retirement of Fr. Dumont from the Church of the Assumption. He was succeeded by Fr. Donald Gallagher, who left in 1944 to go into the U.S. Armed Forces as a Chaplain for the Navy| |-

Catholic Daughters, Court Rosary of Fatima #1525 formed to serve the parishes of St. Paul's in Bloomingdale and Church of the Assumption in Gabriels.| |-

Fr. O'Donnell died after serving Alderbrook for 58 years, at the age of 87.| |-

The former St. Rose of Lima parish., Alderbrook, was divided among Black Brook, Redford and Bloomingdale.| |-

The Chapel of Our Lady Help of Christians, (Gabriels Sanatorium), Camp Gabriels gets a new roof, floors, plaster and windows after years of neglect and destruction| |-
