Other information:  This was the home of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Chapple, Sr. in the 1940s. In 1944, the Adirondack Daily Enterprise reported in their column, "Coming and Going": Miss Jane Chapple returned this morning to South Hadley, Mass., after spending the past two weeks visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John C. Chapple of 43 Baker Street. She will resume her studies at Mount Holyoke College.

In the 1960s this was home to Mr. and Mrs. Pohl and their sons Henry and Wilt.
