Other information: According to the 1916 TB Directory, the Leonard Cottage, run by Miss Mary Leonard, had room for nine patients, had one cure porch and charged $12-25 per week. This is a good example of a cure cottage "modernized" by having all its porches removed.

There was another Leonard Cottage at 15 Park Avenue.
