Other information: Dr. Morton Mills was a dentist who came to Saranac Lake about 1909. He and his family lived next door at 46 Petrova Avenue. He built this house at the back of the lot for his only daughter Florence and her husband, Fred Koernig. Later Fred's brother Ted owned it for many years. A curving driveway unites the two properties.
