Sadie Hall and her husband Bill owned Hall Cottage, possibly one of the cottages that catered to African-American Patients. Sadie also worked for Mrs. C. M. Palmer. She was a friend of George and Ruth Turner.

Sadie S. Hall
Mrs. Sadie-Hall, a long-time resident of Saranac Lake, died last evening at Saranac Lake General Hospital. Her home was at 67 Margaret Street.
Mrs. Hall was born in St. Mary's County, Md., a daughter of James R. and Mary E. Collins Sommerville. Her husband, William, died on July 25, 1965.
A sister, Miss Irene Sommerville of Baltimore, Md., and nieces and nephews survive.
Friends may call at the Fortune Funeral Home beginning this evening. A Rosary Service will be held at 8 p. m. Friday and a Funeral Mass at St. Bernard's Church at 9 a. m. Saturday. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery in May.
