Other Information: The home of William Madden. On June 6, 1889, the Essex County Republican reported: "William Yools has gone to Saranac Lake to build a House for William Madden, of that place. He was accompanied by Will Crane."


It was the home of Mrs. R. M. Brown, and served as the office for Dr. Warriner Woodruff from 1933 through 1939.
It was the home of Grant Cane and his wife Marion from 1945 to 1948.
It was the home of Stevenson Waltien, from 1962 until his death in 1978.
It was the home of James Harrington from 1981 until his death in 1998.
