From the NRHP form: A one and one-half story Shingle style dwelling of wood frame construction with cross-gable roof; there are open one-story porch across the front façade with enclosed shed-roofed projections above, centered under the gable. Wood shingle siding, vinyl windows, asphalt roof. This property has a retaining wall on its south side (non-contributing structure).
It was the home of George T. Booth at the time of his death in 1964.
