Anne Cassebeer Kaelber, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter H. Cassebeer of Edgemere Drive, was married to Philip Brownlie Weld of Concord, Massachusetts, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Weld of Watertown, Connecticut and Lake Clear, New York, on June 16 in Christ Church.
