The Ice Palace holds its own until the approach of spring, and will be in full view from the large porches of the furnished cottages, No. 28 and No. 30 Woodland Avenue. Each of these properties have 100 or more feet frontage on Lake Flower; very convenient for skating. During boating season a tenant appreciates his own wharf. Separate boat landings for each cottage. No. 28 is a new [emphasis added] and attractively furnished residence of six sleeping apartments, one with twin brass beds. This home has stationary laundry tubs, butler's pantry, two bath roams, steam heat, open fire-place. Next door, No. 30, has four bed rooms, one with twin beds. Large basement, hot water heat, open fire-place. For booklet and terms, address leading real estate offices, or owner, F. Musselman, 25 Maple street, Saranac Lake, N. Y.
