July 22, 1956

Dear Mrs. Trudeau:

I wish to extend my sympathy to you and your family in this time of sorrow. I have been a patient, off and on of the Doctor’s for twenty one years and feel that I have lost a very dear friend, and I am sure there are many others who feel the same way.

I remain,

Sincerely,

Mrs. Helen M. Stapley
