Mabel Barrison (born Eva Maud Farrance) was a Canadian actress who came to Saranac Lake to cure. She appeared in vaudeville and on Broadway, and had a role in the 1903 Babes in Toyland. The October 11, 1911 issue of the Rock Island Argus reported that her condition had worsened and her relatives had been summoned to Saranac Lake from Toronto. She died in Toronto about a year later.
