Year built: c. 1903

Other information: The house was built as a cure cottage for a single patient. There is an open sitting-out porch under a second story overhang bordered by a two and a half story, engaged round tower.

It was the home of the the Rascoe family from 1938 to 1983, when Francis Rascoe died.
