As of June 1, 1925, The following family lived at 2 Park Ave.: Benjamin Kupsick (head), Mary Kupsick (wife) Jack Kupsick (son), Robert Kupsick (son), Gertrude Kupsick (daughter). There Mary opened up the first kosher “cottage” for people suffering from TB.
