E.L. Finnegan's Shoes and Clothing was started by Elmer Finnegan at 84 Main Street in 1938 and at 44 Main Street in 1945. From 1950 through 1954, it was at the Berkeley House at 90 Main Street. From 1962 to 1975, it was back at 84 Main Street. No more advertisements for Finnegan's appear in the Enterprise after February 1975.
