Other information: From 2003 to 2005, dog sledding and dog-based skijoring was based at the Inn. The property's last owner was Bill Bentz. Samson's Bar and Grill Restaurant opened there in 2006; the place burned to the ground in 2007.

2022 satellite view of the site of the Meacham Trading Post.  The site is about a quarter mile south of the present intersection of New York Route 30 and the Santa Clara road, route 458. However, Route 458 used to hit Route 30 at the Meacham Inn; it was re-routed further north some time after 1964, possibly as part of the extensive road work done in preparation for the 1980 Olympic Winter Games.
