David S. Hall

David S. Hall, 76, vaudevillian, who during the years he toured the Keith Circuit as a monologist was known as DDH, died of a coronary thrombosis on Jan. 1 in Prescott. Ariz. After his vaudeville career, Mr. Hall operated various stock companies in upper New York State. Among them was the Adirondack Players, a tent theater located in what is now the municipal parking lot in Saranac Lake. He started the theater in 1928 and it was here that Rosalind Russell, in her early career, was a leading lady. He is survived by a son, David, Jr., who is manager of the Irish Theater, Hollywood.
