30 Old Military Road

Old Address: 30 Old Military Road

Other names:

Year built: 1920

Other information: Ezra S. McClellan (1894-1911). Catherine A. McClellan, Katherine E. McClellan and Daisy G. McClellan (1911-1913, Catherine A. McClellan dies). Katherine McClellan and Daisietta G. McClellan (1913-1920). William F. Roberts and Rosamond P. Roberts (1920-1922). Daniel B. Dwyer (1922-1929) then with Margaret M. Dwyer (1929-1953, Daniel Dwyer dies), then Margaret M. Dwyer (-1965). RIta D Skeels and Alvin J. Skeels (1965-1969). Brian F. Hanlon and Gail A. Hanlon (1969-1981). Cathers Farms, Inc. (1981-1984).  Hermann Baumann and Linda Baumann Winester (1984-1988) Herman Baumann died in 1988, and his widow remarried and lived in the house under Linda B. W. Hagar (-2019). Currently owned by Leo Pickens and Valerie Pawlewicz (2019 to present).

House is an arts and crafts bungalow. Stucco exterior. If the house was built in 1920, then it is very likely that the McClellan ownership was of the lot, not the house, and that the Robertses built the house in 1920 when they acquired the property, as the style of the house would also indicate.
