Year built: Probably before 1895— Sanborn maps appear to show this barn continously back to the earliest Saranac Lake map in 1895.
Other information: We believe this barn was one of the barns associated with the Berkeley Hotel. It was later acquired by Stark's Hardware.
In 2010, this building is Scott's Florist.
