I have been thinking of you so much lately.<br><br>|It is very cold up here, -30 degrees below this morning and we have over a foot of snow. It is<br><br>|really too cold to be comfortable. I’ll be happy when the Spring and Summer will be here.<br><br>|There will be a special excursion train coming up to Saranac on Lincoln or Washington’s<br><br>|Birthday and if it’s not too cold I would be most happy to see you, Mother and Helen. There are<br><br>|several skating rinks and a big toboggan run over near the High School which is open to the<br><br>|public, and I think you and Helen would get quite a thrill going down on it. Out at Lake Placid<br><br>|they have a Bob Sled run about 1 1/2 miles long, plenty of curves, and a ride usually takes<br><br>|about 4 minutes, and that’s plenty fast.
