Address: 2030 New York Route 86
Old Address: Harrietstown Road
Year built: about 1920
Other information: The cottage has a two-story hexagonal tower with a solarium, and two cure porches. The house was bought by James MacIntyre and Mary Elizabeth Hart in 1922.
