Miss Lillian P. Rock, 88, of Bloomingdale died last evening at the Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh.

Miss Rock was born in Bloomingdale on November 13, 1882 the daughter of Henry and Matilda Abare Rock. She was a seamstress and had been postmistress at Bloomingdale for 18 years until her retirement. She had lived all her life in Bloomingdale.

Survivors include two nieces, Mrs. Guy (Gladys) Herron of Plattsburgh and Mrs. Gerald (Christina) Coon of Utica.
