The Amusement & Vending Company was established in 1942 by Earl Kinville, which he operated from his home at 6 [Hill Avenue], later moving it to his home at 1 Birch Street. In 1976, his son Bill took over.  After Bill died in 1997, his son Michael took over the business.

They supported a softball team in the 1980s and '90s.

They provided the equipment for Santa's Jukebox each Christmas for several years.
