REXFORD NATIVE DEAD

Saranac Lake —(AP)— Frank Wetmore Smith, landscape architect, died at his home here yesterday. He had lived here 21 years, was a native of Rexford, near Schenectady, and was a member of the class of 1897 at Union College.
