ARGYLE— Mr. and Mrs. Maurice B. Kilmer of Argyle, have announced the forthcoming marriage of their cousin, Miss Katherine Mary Swinburne, of Albany, to Donald W. Emigh, of Albany, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Emigh of Raybrook.

Miss Swinburne is the daughter of the late Frederick S. Swinburne of Rouses Point and Bertha Stewart Swinburne of North Greenwich. She was graduated from Argyle Central School and Mildred Elley Secretarial School and is now employed by Glavin and Orlavin, attorneys-  at-law, Albany.

Mr. Emigh is a World War II veteran, graduate of Albany Business College and is now employed by the New York State Department of Health.

The wedding will take place in the near future.
