Augusta Lezak Dies After Long Illness

Augusta Mary Lezak died yesterday morning at the Mary Fletcher Home, Burlington, Vt. after a long illness. She was born January 1, 1886, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kulabok in Czechoslovakia.

Mrs. Lezak is survived by her husband Frank, Her son, Frank Lezak, Jr., of Ray Brook and a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Oliver, of Tilton, N.H. Mr. and Mrs. Lezak moved to Ray Brook in 1914 and have made their home there for the past forty-three years.

The body will repose at the Fortune Funeral Home. A Rosary will be said at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday; and a Mass will be given at St. Bernard's Church. Wednesday at 9 a.m. Burial will be in St. Bernard’s Cemetery.
