Fortune Cottage 3 -- There would seem to have been at least two others; one, here designated simply Fortune Cottage, is on Bloomingdale Avenue.

Henry Dashnaw lived there in 1928, when he had a fire that caused several hundred dollars of damage.

In 1948 it was the home of Mrs. Jean Mace; she was Cub Scout den mother for Den 1.  In the same year, a four-room heated apartment was for rent there.
