Ruth and Hugh Radbill, formerly of Westtown, Pa., have purchased the 153 Park Avenue, home of Dr. David Merkel of Saranac Lake and Linda Merkel of Colorado. Mr. Radbill is general manager of the Adirondack Railroad Corporation. The Radbill's are the parents of six children, who are attending Saranac Lake schools. This sale was handled by the Wilkins Agency Saranac Lake office.
