There were ten cottages in Saranac Lake that were identified at one time or another as the Ward Cottage, mostly in the Board of Health's Disinfection Records (DIS).

• 59 Franklin Avenue, Bogie Cottage, listed as the Ward Cottage in 1912 (DIS). [Could the "59" be a typo for "69" the previous year?]
• 43 Park Avenue, listed as the Ward Cottage in 1928 (DIS)
• 28 Old Military Road, listed as the Ward Cottage in 1928 (DIS) [One patient, Walter G. Robbins, was at this address in 1927.]
