Indian Point is a place on the south eastern shore of Upper Saranac Lake just south of Chapel Island.

Malone Farmer, July 9, 1913

The Malone Boy Scouts, Troop No. 2, are camping for a fortnight at Indian Point on Upper Saranac Lake. They are accompanied by Rev, J. R. Duffield, Clifton Hyde, their Scout Master, and Paul Reynolds, and are no doubt having a very happy time.
