Green Valley Farm, located on the Bloomingdale Road (across from the present bus garage) was bought by Dan McGraw and his wife Isabel in 1930. They had 195 acres and 50 cows. They left off farming in 1943. Green Valley farm supplied dairy products to the Trudeau Sanatorium. According to Chris Brescia, the Norman family also ran this farm.
