Dr. H. Cousens Dies, Former Pastor In S.L.
The Rev. Dr. Henry Cousins, former pastor of the First Presbyterian Church and once moderator of Montreal and Brockville Presbyteries, died this morning in Kingston General Hospital.
Dr. Cousens was ordained at Plattsburgh in 1924 and was inducted in New York the same year serving until 1926. It was at this time that he was minister of the Adirondack Mission Churches of Keeses Mill, Harrietstown and Lake Clear.
Dr. Cousens was very popular in the area and made many friends during his years of service here.
