258 Broadway
The street number 258 Broadway applies to several businesses now (2011) occupying the former Grossman's Lumber property. The present Aubuchon Hardware occupies the building set back on the northeast corner of Broadway and Cedar Street, closest to the spot once occupied by D. Cohen and Sons, numbered 199-203 Broadway. (However, the Sanborn map of 1924 shows it as 197-199 Broadway, with the 258 Broadway location the site of a dwelling numbered 205 Broadway. Between the two are storage sheds, perhaps also belonging to D. Cohen.)
Another large warehouse-type building is located just to the north and closer to the street than Aubuchon's. The southernmost unit in that building is occupied by Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. / Twinstate Electrical Supply Div. Their mailing address is 258 Broadway, #1.
