The Malone Farmer, Wednesday March 26, 1924

The death of Mrs. Andrew J. Baker at Saranac Lake Friday removes the last member of the family, which entertained Robert Louis Stevenson and family during the author's winter stay in the Adirondacks. She was 80 years of age. Her husband was buried three weeks ago. All five of their children passed away before them. Mrs. Baker was buried from her late home Sunday afternoon.
