Charles Dwight was a guide.

CHARLES DWIGHT, an old and reliable Adirondack guide who formerly lived at Clayburgh has bought a piece of land on Rollins Pond, some five miles by water west of Sweeney's carry, on the west shore of Upper Saranac Lake, and proposes to build a summer hotel there, some two or three miles from the Northern Adirondack Railroad extension.
