Carlton L. LeBeau was a [War II veteran].  He was a son of Joseph and Ida Wright LeBeau.

Carleton Le Beau

Carleton Le Beau, 63, superintendent of the New York State Armory in Saranac Lake, died early Sunday morning.

Mr. LeBeau, a veteran of the Marine Corps with service in World War II, had worked at the Armory for 40 years He was a member of the Elks, the American Legion and had retired from the New York National Guard.

He was born Sept 11, 1904 in Saranac Lake, a son of Joseph and Ida Wright LeBeau. He was married in Saranac Lake on June 29, 1925 to Ann Legault who survives.

Also surviving are his mother, three grandchildren all living in Seattle, Wash.; a brother, Almon of Bloomingdale; and three sisters, Mrs. Esther Medlin of Wikiup, Ariz., Mrs. Mabel Costanza of Woodbury, L.I., and Mrs. Elizabeth Passino of Saranac Lake.

Friends may call at the Fortune Funeral Home where there will be a veterans' service at 7 o'clock this evening, an Elks service at 7:30 and a Rosary service at 8 o'clock. A Roman Catholic Funeral Mass will be offered at 10 a. m. Tuesday at the Methodist Church. Interment will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery.
