The Northern Tribune, November 3, 1926

The remains of Mr. Eugene Harder of Raybrook and a respected citizen of this town for many years, was brought here Saturday for funeral services and burial. Mr. Harder suffered a stroke two years ago and never fully recovered. Pneumonia hastened his death. He leaves his widow who was formerly Jennie Lawyer of this place, three daughters, Mable, Ola and Essie and one son, Merle, to mourn the loss of a helpful husband and affectionate father. Much sympathy is extended to the bereaved family.
