Anna Rose Duprey Marquay lived in the Marquay Cottage; her daughter, Mildred was a nurse.

She is buried in Pine Ridge Cemetery.

Anna G. Marquay

SARANAC LAKE — Mrs. Anna G. Marquay, 84, died at 3 a. m. Saturday at Saranac Lake General Hospital. She made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Mildred Castellon of 38 Church St.

Mrs. Marquay was born in Hammondsville, a daughter of Syriac and Philamen Clothier Duprey. She was the wife of John Marquay who died in 1960.

She was a past member of the Altar and Rosary Society of St. Bernard's Church.

Survivors, in addition to Mrs. Castellon are: a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Stanton of Miami, Fla.; a son, Leon of Wayne, N. J.: seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Keough and Son Memorial Chapels. The Rosary will be said there at 8 o'clook this evening. A mass of the Resurrection will be offered at 10 a. m. Tuesday at St. Bernard's Church. Interment will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
