Isabel Abbert Ballantine owned Moss Ledge Camp on Upper Saranac Lake. She was a daughter of [Hood Ballantine] and [Ballantine], and a grand-daughter of Ballantine Beer founder [Ballantine].

Miss Isabel A. Ballantine of Morris Plains, who has a camp on the Upper Saranac Lake, called Moss Ledge Camp, has been directing extensive improvements there, and she has made it one of the prettiest in the woods.

ISABEL A. BALLANTINE
Miss Isabel A. Ballantine, a daughter of the late Peter H. and Isabel Linen Ballantine, died Friday at her residence, 620 Park Avenue, at the age of 82. She was a member of the Colony Club of this city and the Morris County, N. J., Golf Club. Among: her nephews and nieces are Peter H. B. Frelinghuysen, Matilda Frelinghuysen, Robert and Isabel Cumming.
