These photographs of Saranac Lake village, c. 1909, are from William Henry Jackson's Detroit Publishing Company.

, where it is dated circa 1910.  However, a comparison of the Riverside Inn in the two photos shows that this one must have been taken before 1909.  In fact, it appears to be considerably earlier, as the high school, built in 1890, is missing.

This set is from Mount Baker. Unfortunately, the focus is considerably less sharp.
